<description>Hi Andy- thanks for the mention of WITNESS and the Hub. We have actually just announced a new direction for us with respect to engaging with human rights video online on our blog here: http://blog.witness.org/2010/08/update-on-the-hub-and-witness-new-online-strategy/
The Hub remains online and accessible but is no longer going to accept new registered users and content. Instead we're going to go where people already are (platforms like YouTube, Blip.tv, Vimeo, Facebook, etc.) and encourage ethical standards for uploaders of human rights video, consideration for the safety and security for those who appear in video/ film it/ upload it and supporting greater room for appropriate contextualization for human rights video.

Thanks!
