Viz patriotism, it has been thoroughly discredited, and now indicates a level of fascism, not much different than Nazism or Stalinism. Look at today's news where both the Democrats and Republicans are hell bent to pass a thoroughly discredited approach to immigration reform. Makes me glad to remember that I am not a member of either party. I am a proud SOCIALIST, where all working class people can give vent to their frustation and may eventually replace the capitalist system, -- that is at the heart of all social inequity.
